When it comes to 959 Hotpot, the clue is in the name. Not only does it present diners with a beautiful cooking experience, but this eatery is also authentically Chinese to its core.

Garlanded with flowers, and leaves and enrobed with shimmering gold dining ware, 959 Hotpot puts on quite a show. On a mission to make your evening truly special, their hotpot experience challenges you to really get involved. Prepare your own from the comfort of your table, crowd around the golden bowl as it starts to boil and submerge your ingredients however you see fit. A dining style that gets the whole family together, discover this most ancient of Chinese suppers and feel every sense come alive!

When constructing your hotpot, first you have to choose your broth. Keep it nice and uncomplicated with a single flavour or go for a triple-flavour bowl if you're feeling really adventurous. From tom yum to bone marrow, duck and spicy vegetable soup, these broths form the delicious basis of all the hotpots, encouraging you to experiment with new flavours and slurp new tastes with each spoonful.

Next is the platter, on which are all your ingredients to drop into the broth. The meat platter is laden with anything from supreme beef, wagyu beef belly, pork and chicken whilst the seafood platter is brimming with prawns, squid, cuttlefish and crab. As for vegetarians, take your pick of the vegetable platter and feel free to add on some tofu, of which there's a whole variety. Whatever you choose, know that these magical hotpots nourish the body and soul, bringing loved ones around one table and encouraging them to engage with the food they're eating.
