For Auckland foodies craving authentic homestyle Indian cooking, a visit to Vani’s Indian Kitchen promises a true culinary journey.

This warm, family-owned neighbourhood gem offers a haven for those seeking rich, aromatic flavours that transport them straight to the heart of India. Known for its mouthwatering biryanis, Vani’s specialises in the beloved Hyderabad delicacy, where each grain of rice is infused with tender, marinated meat and slow-cooked using the traditional dum technique for an unforgettable depth of flavour.

Authenticity is at the core of Vani’s philosophy, and every dish on the menu is crafted from cherished family recipes passed down through generations. Indulge in the golden perfection of charred tandoori rotis and fluffy, pillowy naans. The succulent chicken tikka, marinated and cooked to perfection in the tandoor oven, melts in the mouth with every bite. For those who enjoy a rich, hearty feast, Vani’s butter chicken offers a velvety, creamy sauce that perfectly complements the tender chicken, while the goat curry brings a bold, spicy kick.

Vani’s brings the vibrant flavours of Hyderabad to the table. From aromatic biryanis to rich, flavourful curries, each dish is a symphony of spices and tradition. Every bite is infused with the love and authenticity of Vani’s family recipes.

Next time you're in the mood for something extraordinary, elevate your meal with a feast from Vani’s Indian Kitchen, your taste buds will be forever grateful.
