And it's right opposite the train station! Head upstairs and you'll find a Scandinavian haven of luscious hanging ferns, stylish lighting and enough space to accommodate your morning stretch. By lunchtime, it's a sunshine magnet; what better way to start the arvo?

Nothing will put a spring in your step like their nutritious brekkies – enjoy your creamy mushrooms without the guilt; replacing cream with cashew cream, you can indulge to your heart's content. As well as the 'Goddess Breakfast', buckwheat granola and hash benedict, you also have the intriguing purple toast. Perplexed? It's all in the beetroot hummus, dear friends!

For lunch, Antheia's plates will leave you full without that sluggish feeling. Graze on the likes of crispy tacos, kimchi pancakes and their signature buddha bowl. Alternatively, keep up the purple theme with the beetroot salad. Purple or not, you'll leave the loft feeling light and luminescent.
