The inspiration for this informal restaurant came from a back-street restaurant in Antibes, a Mediterranean coastal town, where tasty dishes are cooked over an open fire. Recognising that Kiwis love that smoky barbeque flavour, the team took the concept and married it with great New Zealand produce.
Premium fresh meats, fish and shellfish are individually cooked over a charcoal grill, delivering a sumptuous barbeque flavour. Think wagyu beef bresaola, Northland lamb rump with carrot ginger mash and black angus scotch fillet with truffle butter. Try unique side dishes like hand-cut, triple-cooked chips and seasonal salad.
