Just beyond Auckland’s city buzz, Nineteen Restaurant & Bar sits quietly within the scenic Rydges Formosa Golf Resort. Surrounded by rolling greens and coastal views, this elegant spot is a hidden gem for golfers and food lovers alike.

The menu is driven by a passion for fresh, local, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Entrées such as house-spiced charred beef skewers and delicately cured salmon set the stage for a memorable culinary journey.

For mains, the lamb rump is paired with a crisp potato terrine, white anchovy emulsion, and a vibrant tomato and red pepper jus. The miso-glazed pork belly arrives with coffee-infused cranberry beans and seasonal greens, while the vegetarian spiced broccoli steak offers a lighter yet flavour-packed alternative with just as much depth and delight.

Whether it’s a special occasion, a weekend retreat, or simply a long lunch with a view, Nineteen Restaurant invites guests to relax, indulge, and savour the best the region has to offer.
