Burgers have been given the organic treatment at Fokker Bros. Once you’ve tried one, there’s no going back.

The restaurant takes on the form of an American diner and overlooks the glistening Viaduct. Owing to its chilled vibes and casual dining you’ll feel more relaxed as soon as you step inside. And if it’s a nice day, it’d be a shame to waste their great patio which affords fantastic views and is always buzzing.

The menu is a burger-themed paradise for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. The Fokker Cheese uses freshly ground mince, whilst The Funky Chicken uses free-range chicken, coated in delicious buttermilk batter. There’s a mac n’ cheese number and the beetroot, goat’s cheese and peanut patty is bursting with flavour.

There’s wine, bubbles, cocktails and beer to wash it all down with but if you want something to write home about, go for one of their shakes which are literally bigger than your head. Expect some stares!
