dinner

Drawing inspiration from the most cherished aspects of Asian cuisine, the expert staff at Dragonfly in Wellington serve a diverse menu of classic dishes served with a modern twist encouraging sharing amongst diners.

Taking inspiration from Mod-Asian and Khasa Nepalese cooking, the menu features items that are created using a mixture of traditional and modern flavours, resulting in palatable, clean dishes with a new-world twist.

The stylish establishment caters to all types of diners. Whether it is a large group looking for an excuse to have a good catch-up, or a couple heading for a romantic bite, Dragonfly ensures that each guest is treated with utmost care and respect. And with a massive outdoor courtyard in the back complete an open kitchen and an island bar - it's also the perfect place for those warm summer months.

Notable dishes include the sticky pork belly, twice cooked free range pork belly with sweet roasted chilli, spring onion and sesame caramel. For those who love their curries, the red duck curry with five spices, roasted duck, fresh pineapple, long beans, cherry tomatoes, grapes, lime leaves and fried shallots is exceptional.

With delicious cocktails that will keep you happy throughout the night, atmosphere set against a picturesque backdrop and food that caters to all palates, Dragonfly proves itself to be the perfect mixer.
