Filled with anything from lemongrass grilled chicken to crispy pork belly, tofu and beef, these are wonderfully fresh and fill you up just the right amount. Alternatively, mix and match some fluffy bao buns!

For individual plates (or bowls to be more precise), their phos use traditional recipes to recreate the flavours you'll find on the streets of Hanoi. Their intense broths house a bed of hearty noodles and a topping of your choice for that ultimate hug-in-a-mug moment. And what's Vietnam without the banh mi?
