Price Point: Mains from $20 - $30
Known as ‘the Brooky’ to its friends, of which it has many, this convivial bar and restaurant has been the beating heart of the Brooklyn area since it opened its doors in 2011.
It’s the perfect spot to catch up with friends over a game of darts, cheer on your favourite sports team on several enormous screens or have a chilled out meal with the family. They even have a toy box to keep the kids entertained, while you enjoy some much needed ‘you’ time.
Snack on starters such as fried halloumi and garlic bread, before enjoying classic comfort food at its very best.
Tuck into the likes of juicy burgers and fish and chips, as well as more exotic options such as spicy beef salad. A dedicated pizza and kids menu ensures that there really is something for everyone.
Behind the bar, there’s a constantly changing roster of local craft beers as well as a selection of Kiwi wines that goes above and beyond what you’d expect in a standard pub. From prosecco to pinot gris, they’ve got you covered.
So what are you waiting for? Time to meet your new local.
