In the heart of Wānaka Central, Fresca Pasta Kitchen brings a bright, breezy approach to fresh pasta. Built on a love of simple, flavoursome cooking, it champions quality ingredients and seasonal produce sourced from local growers and trusted international suppliers.

The customisable menu invites diners to make it their own, with handcrafted pasta paired with sauces such as creamy carbonara, vibrant pesto, or rich beef and lamb ragu. Choose the pasta shape of the day or pillowy potato gnocchi for a meal tailored to your taste.

For sharing and snacking, the selection features irresistible sides like crispy polenta fries with pomodoro dip, golden fried truffle gnocchi, and refreshing rocket and pecorino salads.

To finish on a sweet note, indulge in a delightful tiramisu cup, a neat affogato, or the crowd-favourite cinnamon and sugar fried gnocchi served with rich chocolate or caramel dipping sauces.

Lively and family-friendly, it's a place made for relaxed meals and good company. With casual counter ordering and a walk-in-friendly approach, it's perfect for spontaneous dining. Stop by, settle in, and enjoy a bowl of fresh pasta packed with flavour.
