Not just the fruits of their labour, but the land the produce is grown from, the farmers who tend it and the chefs from all corners who prepare the food they offer, dishing up a world of culture and flavour.
On the evening menu, Central Otago wines and local beers feature alongside classic New Zealand dishes like pan-roasted salmon with ginger and lemongrass or southern farmed meats including Te Mana lamb ribs with black garlic and aubergine. Fresh seafood dishes like Chatham Island blue cod are a mainstay, complemented by seasonally harvested local produce.
