dinner

Marrying together all the vibrant cuisines that reside in idyllic Kerala, this eatery is serving Indian food like nowhere else. Haven't met the love of your life yet? Make food your spouse at Arranged Marriage.

Commonly known as 'the land of spices', Keralan cuisine is in a league of its own. From vegetarian, meat and fish plates to freshly made bread and biryanis, no dish is complete without a generous spoonful of fragrant spices and coconut. Their New Plymouth branch.

For the carnivores amongst you, it's time to get your flavour on with the tender Kerala beef that's slow-cooked with an abundance of fresh spices and the Kerala duck masala that's as mind-blowing as it sounds. Vegetarians can lose themselves in simple (but sensational) combinations like the paneer and spinach curry and mushrooms with green peas. Seafood lovers can rejoice at the various fish curries on offer that are best served with soft garlic paratha.

And who doesn't love a dosa?! These savoury pancakes can be filled with anything from ghee to chicken and seasoned potatoes. So, welcome to Kerala. You'll never want to leave.
