dinner

The Taj Indian Kitchen is your next stop for a tantalising culinary adventure, with its glittering mosaic-clad interior, partitioned booths, playful furnishings and stunning mountain views, this authentic spot oozes personality. Most importantly, it serves jaw-droppingly delicious plates.

Steering the kitchen are exemplary chefs from all around India, utilising the finest local ingredients prepared with traditional methods passed down through generations. If it's a meat feast you're after, look no further than the slow-cooked handi gosht, aromatic venison rogan josh, and a creamy murg tikka makhanwaala in a rich tomato butter sauce.

From the ocean, the menu showcases a velvety salmon moilee infused with coconut cream alongside a tangy, South Indian-style onion-tomato Andhra fish curry.

Vegetarian diners are treated with equal reverence, with options like vibrant palak paneer, spiced bharwan mushroom, and tempered yellow dal tadka lining the menu.

Gather your favourites, settle in, and let the evening unfold at The Taj Indian Kitchen!
