You’ll smell the delicious aromas of this fantastic BBQ joint before you see it. Just metres from Queenstown Bay, Flame offers a secret South African BBQ recipe paired with great Kiwi hospitality.

Tucked away on the first floor, this dining destination has great views and even better ribs and steaks. Start the evening with cheesy garlic loaf, sizzling field mushrooms and Mozambique prawns. Then discover a selection of succulent free range grass fed Hereford Prime steaks and flaming ribs with special sauce. You can even build your own burger, tuck into fish of the day and add some greenery with a fresh salad on the side.

Yes, vegetarians are catered for – tuck into Flame’s speciality grilled halloumi and field mushrooms or ask staff for today’s options.

Stick around after your meal to try one (or two, or three…) of Flame’s excellent cocktails and desserts.
