Produce is sourced from local suppliers and they even grow lots of herbs in their garden! As an added bonus the fryer is coeliac friendly. From the Earth try the delicious seasonal risotto from the land indulge in the melt in your mouth, slow-cooked lamb and from the sea, treat yourself to the green lipped mussels.

The extensive range of beverages will keep you happy and hydrated, proudly presenting a concise list of New Zealand's finest craft beer, wine and cocktails with a focus on bespoke producers in Central Otago.
