Shrouded in luxury and history, Millhouse is one of those places that lingers as a cherished memory long after you have left.

Housed on the slate of an old flour mill, surrounded by expansive grounds perfect for a delightful post-dinner stroll, Millhouse is so much more than a restaurant. As one of Millbrook Resort’s five-star dining options, Millhouse showcases the finest homegrown ingredients from their on-site kitchen garden and sustainable local farmers. For extra comfort, take advantage of the resort’s complimentary shuttle to and from central Queenstown and Arrowtown. Please call Millbrook prior to your visit to arrange.

Once you’re there, all kinds of local delicacies are at your fingertips with the likes of wild kingfish crudo, and confit duck leg with fontal custard. The larger plates go big on NZ meat, be that grass-fed eye fillet or Royal Burn lamb with Marlborough figs.

If you can’t make up your mind, opt for the carte blanche and let the award-winning chef spoil you with the finest seasonal selections.
