dinner

Bianca by Giovi brings a slice of Italy to Arrowtown’s historic Buckingham Street, where cobbles and character set the tone for a warmly inviting ristorante. This latest chapter in the Giovi story stays true to its roots - recipes steeped in tradition and flavours that speak of home and heritage.

Begin with fragrant focaccia or a whisper-thin beef Carpaccio scattered with Parmesan and rocket, before moving to the kitchen’s heart: handmade pasta. Silky tagliatelle ragu Bolognese offers slow-cooked depth, while spaghetti carbonara relies on pecorino and black pepper for a quietly confident finish. Pillowy potato gnocchi and ravioli, filled with ricotta and spinach or rich Angus beef, sit alongside classic Margherita and pepperoni pizzas for honest, satisfying comfort.

Dolci keep the mood mellow - tiramisu classico and dark chocolate cake lifted by mascarpone and berries provide a bright Italian flourish.

Cosy, welcoming and perfectly placed for a lingering dinner, it is made for unhurried moments and second helpings. Book a table, bring an appetite, and let Arrowtown’s newest ristorante charm you, one twirl of spaghetti at a time!
