True to its name, this smokehouse specialises in wood-fired meats of outstanding flavour. Using an original Texas Pit BBQ (fuelled by NZ Beech Wood), their chefs slow-cook the finest cuts of New Zealand meat for up to 12 hours.

Tuck into a menu of flavoursome, juicy and tender meats that will blow your mind! Designed to share, choose from beef brisket, pulled pork, Southern-style ribs and chicken wings, or try an open sandwich, like the Otago lamb shoulder.
