La Porchetta Dunedin

A welcome sight that promises sumptuous Italian food across New Zealand and Australia, it's hard to believe that La Porchetta started off as a tiny pizzeria in Melbourne's Italian hub. Today their warm hospitality is enjoyed far and wide.

Dunedin is no exception. La Porchetta is a favourite amongst locals for its large, bubbly, open-plan dining room that caters perfectly for larger groups that bring plenty of atmosphere. A hub of activity any day of the week, the chatter and laughter inevitably spill out onto the street, coaxing in curious diners in search of a friendly, delicious feed. Just like a busy, (sometimes chaotic) Italian family kitchen, La Porchetta always feels like home.

And the kitchen is always busy rustling up something delicious. Let's start with the pizzas where you'll find all the much-loved classics, as well as the signature Kiwi with mozzarella, ham and egg and a loaded number with ham, salami, shrimp, bacon, pineapple and veggies.
