A lively destination that prides itself on its excellent beer and live entertainment, allow The Brewer's Apprentice to teach you a thing or two about unforgettable nights in Palmy.
Tucked away on a quiet street a few minutes walk away from the city centre, The Brewer's Apprentice is warm and jovial, offering a comfy place to get your munch on with friends and family. It's oh-so modern too and approaches dining with the community in mind. And if you fancy dining alfresco, this spot is possibly one of the best places to do it in. With a spacious multi-levelled courtyard out back, feel free to stretch out in the sunshine or warm up next to a toasty outdoor heater.
When it comes to the food, it looks like the apprentice has become the master. The menu is a celebration of comforting nosh, serving up hand-stretched pizzas, 12-hour smoked brisket and sticky pork ribs. Armed with the likes of the Nashville chicken, pulled pork and jackfruit burger, it seems that they know exactly what the people of Palmy are after.
The highlight of the menu, however, has to be the stone grill. Where premium cuts of meat like pure angus ribeye, rump steak and 55 day dry-aged sirloin are seared, smoked and sizzled in lashings of salty butter and herbs, every steak supper is just as succulent as the last. What's more, you can choose which sauce you want to drizzle on top! So tuck in, order some extra arancini or a dirty mac n' cheese for the side and wash it down with a crafty. It's called the Brewer's Apprentice after all!
