How to cancel your booking

Did you know that you can cancel upcoming bookings from your First Table account?

To cancel a First Table booking, simply login to your First Table account and select reservations from the drop-down menu where your name is displayed. If you are using the app you can cancel your booking in the bookings tab.

Click 'Cancel' next to the booking you wish to cancel. Your booking fee will be refunded as per our cancellation policy.

Doing this ensures that the venue is notified of your cancellation and gives other First Table diners the opportunity to book at that venue.

If the booking re-sells, you get your booking fee back as a credit on your First Table account, in line with our cancellation policy.
