Brand new and just opened in July 2025, The Marine Bistro is located in the heart of Napier’s iconic Marine Parade, serving fresh and flavourful food in a modern setting. Boasting stunning sea views, head out to the balcony for the perfect backdrop to a summer evening.

Take a seat and go with the flow of the menu’s carefully curated dishes. For starters, the chilli garlic prawns served with herb polenta are a must-try, as is the fried chicken with lemongrass and lime. Alternatively, try the citrus and herb fish crudo to truly soak up the beachside vibe.

The standards are just as high for the main dishes. Crispy pork belly is a favourite at The Marine Bistro: seared to golden perfection, drizzled with miso caramel and served with fluffy kūmara mash. Prefer fish? You’ll be wowed by their pan-seared fillet, made moreish with a side of kaffir lime sauce.
