Overview of key points

1. First Table customers must earn Frequent Foodies points between 9.50am NZT Tuesday of 3 February 2026 and 11.59pm NZT Tuesday 17 February 2026. One Frequent Foodies point = one entry.
2. Redemption period: Entrants must be able to redeem their prize by the 27th of August 2026.
   
3. The winning number will be matched with the corresponding entry number and member profile attached. The winner will be announced ten days after the competition has closed, allowing points to be added two days after the last possible dining date from bookings made on the 17th of February.
4. Entry is open to First Table users in New Zealand over 18 years old who comply with the entry mechanism.
5. The prize is designed to be enjoyed by two people. So, the winner can bring along a plus one of their choices.
6. The winner and the person travelling with the winner are required to take out travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
7. Dining experiences/ dining voucher do not include alcohol.

Introduction

Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘You / the Contestant / the Entrant’ means the person entering into this Promotion.

Promotion

This giveaway is a New Zealand-wide promotion created by First Table (www.firsttable.co.nz).

First Table is giving away a Valentine’s staycation package including 1 nights' 5-star accommodation, breakfast and dining experiences to the value of NZ$1,050.

Promotion period 

Campaign Promotion commences at 9.50am NZT on Tuesday the 3rd of February 2026. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame of 11:59pm NZT on Tuesday the 17th February 2026. The winner will be announced 10 days after the competition closes, once all points activity has been finalised.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who have a First Table account are enrolled in the Frequent Foodies loyalty program and are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of New Zealand and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. First Table staff, associates, and their direct families are not eligible to enter.

Odds and decision.

1. The odds of winning depend on the number of First Table customers booking First Tables, Regular Tables, referring friends and leaving reviews during the Campaign period.
2. In order to be considered for the prize, the Entrant must have a First Table and Frequent Foodies account, and complete one of the five points earning actions within the Promotion Period.
3. All bookings are to be made from the same First Table account and can't be combined across multiple First Table accounts registered to the same user.
4. The First Table marketing team will choose the winner randomly from the pool of entrants who qualify.
5. Their judgment is full and final and non-negotiable.
6. If reservations are cancelled, the Frequent Foodies points will not be added per the Frequent Foodies terms and conditions
7. If reservations are reported as no-shows, the Frequent Foodies points will not be added.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

If you have not already registered for a free First Table account on www.firsttable.co.nz, that is the first step to enable the entrant to make First Table bookings. You will automatically be enrolled in First Table's loyalty programme.

You can earn Frequent Foodies points by the following actions:

• Make a booking: earn 20 points after dining
• Make that booking in the app: earn an extra 10 points after dining
• Refer a friend: earn 20 points after they make their first booking using your promo code
• Write a review: earn 10 points per review
• Share your saving in your review: earn an extra 10 points

Each Frequent Foodies point earned is one entry. Frequent Foodies points are added two days after each dining experience (not when the booking is made), and points for referrals and reviews are added immediately after the action has been completed. Points that are earned for bookings on the last day of the competition are added two days after the reservation and will be included in the total entries.

If the booking has been cancelled, Frequent Foodies Points are not added.

The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize inclusions

1. One (1) Luxury Staycation Package, including a one-night stay in accommodation of the winner’s choice (maximum value of NZ$$800, including breakfast for two), plus a NZ$250 dinner voucher. Total prize value is up to NZ$1,050.
2. The prize is subject to booking availability, blockout periods apply and the prize must be claimed within six months of the competition closing.
3. The prize value must be used in one sitting and cannot be split over numerous experiences.
4. The Winner is responsible for additional costs not specifically included in this prize. Spending money, parking, meals, porterage, taxes, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.

Winner Selection and Notification

The First Table marketing team will manage the selection of the winner by random computer selection.

Grand prize. The total points earned by all Frequent Foodies members in New Zealand during the campaign period will be tallied, and a random number will be drawn between one and the total entries. The winning number will be matched with the corresponding entry number and member profile attached. The winner will be announced ten days after the competition has closed, allowing points to be added two days after the last possible dining date from bookings made on the 17th of February.

Random drawing. Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within one week of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

First Table will contact the winner by email to arrange prizes.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is not transferrable, no change will be given, and lost vouchers cannot be replaced.  

The prize must be redeemed between the 27th of February 2026 and the 27th of August 2026. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is not transferable.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Prize Special Conditions

The prize is to be used between two people. So the winner can bring along a plus one of their choice to enjoy the prize with them.

The winner and the person travelling with the winner are required to take out travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

Any resale of the prize in its entirety or part thereof, is prohibited. The prize, and any elements of the prize, are strictly non-transferable.

The Winner is responsible for additional costs not specifically included in this prize. Spending money, parking, meals, porterage, taxes, flights, transport to and from hotel, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or a substitute prize.

If, for any reason beyond First Table’s control, elements of the prize cannot be redeemed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions), the winner will forfeit this element of the prize and will have no claim against First Table or any participating venues and partners.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
