Hibachi is a stunningly unique dining destination that artfully blends traditional Japanese elements with contemporary Kiwi accents.

Wisdom drawn from ancient Japan has been incorporated into Hibachi's gastronomy, giving guests a genuinely singular experience to savour. Incredibly tender and premium Japanese A5 Wagyu beef takes centre stage here, alongside the binchotan—a high-quality charcoal prized in Japan for its extraordinary purifying properties. This truly enhances the classic flavours of the richly marbled meat, creating a delectable depth of flavour that is unparalleled.

Classic Japanese handiwork is also utilised throughout the venue to provide an authentic and wholly immersive dining experience. Designed with a deep respect for nature, craftsmanship and natural materials transports diners to a tranquil temple-like setting.

Indulge in an array of tapas, salad, sushi, or kimchi broth. For a more authentic experience, a charcoal BBQ course is a must. Whether you opt for the Hibachi or Osaka course, each includes a salad, edamame, karaage, a flavourful cut of beef, delicious sides, and ice cream.

Hibachi breaks away from conventional dining, inviting you on a true journey of exploration, one nibble at a time.
