This is the second time my girlfriend and I have been for a meal. We could not fault any of it. The food is so tasty and great service. My girlfriend had the steak and I had the salmon which was beautiful and then we had delicious deserts to follow. It is well worth it and excellent food given the first table price. We’ll definitely be back

The food was cooked beautifully!

The highlight of our meal was the mains: The Lamb, it was so tender, it almost felt like its melting in our mouth. And The Duck breast, it was phenomenal. The portions was perfect.

When we left the restaurant, we were feeling extremely satisfied (not too much food that we couldn’t finish the whole meal, but enough that we were happily full.
The restaurant ambiance was great.
10/10 would definitely come back

What a beautiful meal we had last night. Everything was perfect. Our entrees (chicken & scallops), our mains (Blue cod & the seafood on creamy risotto) to our desserts (a Moose and a brûlée) were so beautifully presented and very tasty.
Our Waitress Briana did an exceptional job of serving us, also had a big smile every time.
Will definitely be back.

Always the best service with people who treat you like you are important!! Barbara was amazing!

We arrived on time and the waitress was very helpful as to our seating arrangements. The garden view was superb (It was a warm evening and the windows were slightly ajar for some fresh air) and the interior of the restaurant was well laid out. The menu had a good selection of choices. My wife had the cod tacos which were excellent, not being too spicy. I had the beef fillet, medium, which was cooked perfectly. I was pleased to see that I was not offered a steak knife as the steak was cooked as it should. We finished off with the ice cream sundae which was covered in berry sauce. Delish. We found the staff tentative, but not intrusive, and they were very helpful with suggestions.

Lovely place! Friendly and helpful staff - it was a real delight to dine at Garden Court Brasserie. The extensive menu of high quality food, with a terrific variety was most impressive. We really enjoyed our meal and will very happily dine there again. The atmosphere and outlook alone are stunning.

We were pampered with excellent service, excellent food and presentation, candle on the table, and the ambience was spacious very relaxing. No loud music so we could enjoy each other company as well. The icing on the cake was it was our friends birthday and we had the brownie and when it was served there was a candle in the brownie and on the plate said Happy Birthday with a smiley! We all commented on the beautiful surrounding flowers and water feature. So we would highly recommend the restaurant to our friends.

Our waitress Sook was fantastic, as was the chef who cooked our delicious food complete with handling our various food allergies and requests.
We’re a hard group to cater for, but this was a wonderful setting for our catch up whilst enjoying good food in a great setting. Thanks!

I chose Garden Court to celebrate our anniversary because we have never been disappointed there. The staff always make you welcome and take the time to talk. That doesn't mean that the service isn't prompt and efficient they just seem to get the right balance of the two. The food too was excellent so we would strongly recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely delightful. Food gorgeous and good sized meals. Entree scallops was plentiful. Not just two scallops like some places. Will go back

The GCB has quite a nice calm atmosphere which allowed me and my friends to banter at will at peace of heart. We ordered steaks and they were absolutely amazing, with each bit they'd melt in your mouth. The sauce and sides which accompanied were also pleasant. A great place to bring your parents or older family or even your friends if you are looking for a place that is a bit more calm in its acoustics and atmosphere to have a meal.

Wow. What an amazing dinner. We brought our 19 month old with us and our waitress was AMAZING. So friendly, polite and down to earth. All the servers were fantastic and super friendly. The food was magnificent. We were more than happy with what we had. We will definitely be back.

We were very impressed with the ambience, service and food received at GCB. This restaurant made an impression that will remain, and we will test out our theory a few times, but with the food and service being great, there is hope they can be accentuated to 'exceptional food fare'. Thank you GCB for a very memorable evening. we will be returning soon, and letting all our family and friends know to visit as well. PS: Wendy who waited on us was very meticulous to detail, courteous and we appreciated her conversation tips and suggestions.

I had never considered going to a hotel restaurant for a meal until I saw the opportunity on first table. The menu offers all the classic options with an extensive dessert menu and great wine selection as well. 2 of us ordered the special pumpkin and pork and it was AMAZING! The service was exceptional and we enjoyed our evening start to finish.

We had a lovely meal last night and cannot rave enough about the food. Calamari Salad a must. We had the lamb shank - best ever, and I had the Chicken Pancetta which i rate as the best ever. We most certainly will be back! Really a must for a lovely special occasion. Well Done!!

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

Service was good. Someone attended to us right away and showed us our table. I mentioned my booking was through first table then waited till we’re ready to order. Ordered entree as wasn’t sure how long the mains will be served. We had ‘selection of breads and cheeses’; was a big plate and more than enough for 3 people and loved it esp the brown bread. For main dish, i had grilled blue cod with salad and chips. It was so yummy as well as the other order which were tacos and salmon. I give it 5 stars.

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

We had a truly, perfect dining experience. Our waitress, an older woman, was simply lovely. Always attentive smiling and kind with a loveable personality. The food was stunning. I had the lamb shank which was beautifully presented and very yummy. My friend was very pleased with the groper main. The price was very good and the wine selection was excellent with very fair prices. We remarked on this as we were viewing the wine list. The ambience is light and comfortable. We left fully satisfied and commented on the lovely evening out as we climbed into the car. Thank you very much. We will return. I recommend this place without hesitation to future diners.

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

Couldn’t fault the food. Every dish from entree through to dessert was tasty & well presented. We were served by Barbara who was very patient (we all took a long time deciding what we wanted-everything sounded so tasty!) & most pleasant. We all commented on the efficiency of the food service & there was a lovely touch on the birthday girls dessert plate. Overall a really lovely evening.

We have never eaten here before but took American friends and were very proud of the whole experience. We all loved our meals and one commented the pasta dish was the best they have ever tasted. Also the Scallops with roes were much enjoyed as they are not used to having roes in USA. They also loved the sauce on the scallops plus another loved the venison. We will go back.

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

Superb service. Enjoyed our choices of tender Salmon and Mixed Seafood on risotto. The featured dessert of Chocolate Mousse with peaches, berry coulis and creamy brandy snap was a triumph of flavour and presentation.

It’s our little one’s three years bday, the atmosphere in the restaurant is just perfect for any celebration of any family. In the meantime, the beautiful garden-view outside just made you feel so peaceful and enjoyable when eating. Excellent customer service and wonderful food, we would definitely come back for another dinner!

Lovely dinner.. enjoy everything about this restaurant. Peaceful decor, love the outlook onto the gardens, water features and ponds..sets the scene for a relaxing dinner. We chose Barbequed Hot smoked salmon and Roast Beef, with our favourite desserts to follow..all delicious. Great service from everyone.

Loved our first table experience. The atmosphere and garden view was exceptional.
Wendy really looked after us Thank you Wendy We loved our meals. This was our date night out and we both ordered the prawns mussels scallops and fish main. Very flavoursome. Followed by desert of raspberry brûlée for me and my husband had double chocolate gateaux. Yum yum yum. We were only just able to slide out of the restaurant.

My second booking at this venue was also an immensely enjoyable meal out. All three of us, only had the main fare this time. I chose the grilled Blue Cod, my friend had it battered, both served with a yummy tartar sauce, salad greens & french fries. Her husband had the Chef's Chilli Special of the Night, which wasn't as large a plate as our Blue Cod, but still sustained him enough that we all couldn't partake in any of their delectable desserts. I/we will be definitely returning, the service was brilliant again and staff were cheerful & helpful.

Lovely to dine in a restaurant with plenty of room, and although providing a friendly lively atmosphere allowed our group of 4 retirees to converse without shouting over loud music. Our waitress was very efficient, knowledgeable about food and wine and had a great sense of humour.
The tasty was attractive presented with very generous servings. A great experience.

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

Have eaten here a number of times now and it's always wonderful. This time I had the hot smoked salmon on a bed of asparagus. Undoubtedly the best salmon I've ever had. Had table looking out over beautiful gardens. Definitely recommend. I'll be back.

This is the second time we have dined here and again the food was amazing, the slow braised beef cheeks were gorgeous, so tender and the gnocchi were a great accompaniment. My husband had the venison again, he absolutely loved the sauce which he is normally picky on. Creme brûlée was one of the better ones I have had

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

Excellent tasty food. My husband had the selection of seafood with a delicious pumpkin risotto. He;s not usually a fan of risotto, but he loved this one! I enjoyed the fillet of beef steak. Our deserts consisted of the bailey cheesecake and a superb generous cheeseboard with an excellent selection of cheeses, biscuits fruit etc. Will definitely dine here again

I had been told about Double Tree by quite a few people so for our first First Table meal out we decided to go on Saturday night before going onto a musical at my sons high school. The staff that greeted us were so friendly and Barbara who looked after our table was amazing, just really friendly and couldn't do enough. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was already buzzing even that early. The food was delicious. I had salmon and my husband had steak, they also have kids meals. We would definitely go back and feel lucky that we got to eat there when we usually wouldn't as a family.

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

We enjoyed a pre dinner drink in the bar before our booking which enabled us to experience 2 quite different settings. The bar was dark and moody with views to the pond and interesting external architecture of the hotel, while the restaurant was open and bright with views of the gardens. Service was timely and warm. I had the Indian vegetarian dish with mushrooms and peas in a cashew sauce and hubby had the classic steak and vege. Both very nice. Desert was equally as good.

- dined at Garden Court Brasserie at DoubleTree by Hilton on

Two of us enjoyed exceptionally good mains. My roast beef was excellent, succulent, perfectly cooked to my taste and smothered in interesting sauce and gravy over a great colorful bed of bed of mixed vegetables. My partners pork medallions on a potato rosti with a selection of interesting vegetables was similarly praised.
We shared a desert special approximately described as four apple squares. It looked impressive. Neither of us were impressed by its flavours.
Service was attentive and pleasant except we kept getting asked for a room number despite several mentions that we were First table diners.
We would happily return for the quality of the mains eaten.

As soon as we entered our waitress was attentive and polite.
The venue itself is relaxing with beautiful garden views.
I had the seafood chowder for entree, it was amazing with generous amounts of seafood.
Mains consisted of chicken picatta and venison, both were amazing but the risotto with the picatta was to die for.
Desert was creme brûlée and the Bailey’s cheesecake. The brûlée was huge and delicious, cheesecake was also a hit.
Overall probably the best first table experience we have had yet, highly recommend a visit here.

We had a lovely time from the moment we arrived up to the last couple of minutes we spent there after our meal. Our server was very nice and friendly, and shes great with kids. Our meal was delicious, my husband had roast lamb and I have pork cutlets (please add a little bit more salt next time or maybe some kind of jus or sauce?) it will surely make it even more yummy! my daughter had the fish finger, she enjoyed every morsel of it. The dessert was extra delicious. the baileys cheesecake is the best! dont miss it out. I'm not a big fan of chocolate but my husband nearly licked off his plate, so it means it's a winner. Do try the garden court guys, you wont regret it! The live music on Friday's was an added bonus! hopefully we can have a table in the garden next time. Thanks

Garden Court Brasserie did not disappoint. It’s a lovely setting with a nice garden to look out on. The meals were well cooked and the side of steamed vegetables was a generous serving. What a lovely meal. The wine list had a nice selection to choose from. The leek and potato soup hot, tasty and lovely and creamy. We had the bread platter and dips to accompany the soup. Our mains were nicely presented. The chicken tenders done in buttermilk were moist and plenty of them considering it was a ‘light meal’ , the accompanying watermelon salad was a great addition. The other main of blue cod tacos were tasty and very filling.
A very enjoyable meal, excellent value for money. Thank you.
