In the heart of Merivale, The Brewers is a relaxed, casual local where that “everyone knows your name” feeling comes as standard.

Friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere set the tone. Led by an experienced front-of-house team with Harry at the helm, the welcome's warm and the vibe's easygoing from start to finish.

The kitchen leans into high-quality pub favourites with bold, satisfying flavours. From pizzas to burgers and hearty mains, it's comfort with a cheeky grin: The Brewers Pizza features house-made bases layered with streaky bacon, smoked beef brisket, chorizo, red onion, and cheese over a maple base with chipotle aioli, while a classic Margherita pizza sings with house-made Napoli sauce and basil pesto.

Between the buns, the Brewers Burger stacks beef, bacon, cheese, onion, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, aioli, and BBQ sauce, while The DBC Burger goes all in with buttermilk fried chicken, double bacon, and double cheese, and the Smash Burger keeps it simple and classic.

For a proper pub feed, choose from the prime rump steak served with chips and salad or seasonal vegetables, succulent golden chicken schnitzel, or fresh fish and chips in a choice of crispy batter or golden panko crumb.

Gather the crew and drop by - go on, give it a whirl at The Brewers!
