My Fried Chicken brings the spirit of Korean street food to Takanini with a cheerful Kiwi twist. Family-run and Korean Kiwi-owned, it champions feel-good dining with a conscience, favouring compostable packaging and thoughtful waste reduction.

The welcome's warm, the vibe's lively, and the drinks list leans into refreshing mocktails and sodas on the brand-new menu.

Crisp, craggy chicken's the headliner. Think double-fried perfection in all its juicy guises. Flavours range from original crispy to sweet Korean and maple butter, while house-made ranch and jalapeño cheese sauce invite generous dipping.

Venture further to find a chicken burger tucked into a brioche bun, a prawn burger handcrafted with care, and a rice bowl built around tender boneless pieces and bold seasoning.

Straight from the grill, smoky pork belly in a gochujang-based sauce meets tender beef bulgogi, while sides like a toasted slider and cheesy tteokbokki complete the spread.

Perfect for casual catch-ups and celebratory feasts alike, this favourite delivers big crunch, bigger flavour and easygoing charm. Diners can rally the crew, follow the sizzle, and let the good times take wing!
