When it comes to dining in Manukau, Lone Star's well and truly lassoed the locals' hearts. Step inside a warm, rustic space where big smiles, hearty portions and country-style comfort set the scene for good times with good company.

The menu reads like a roll call of Lone Star® legends. The Redneck Ribs® are a finger-licking favourite - pork spare ribs blanched in honey and spices, fire-blasted, then smothered in the famous hoisin, orange and sesame seed sauce.

Meanwhile, the Dixie Chicken® delivers tender chicken breast bathed in creamy garlic sauce, while the Prawn Star® brings tiger prawn cutlets sizzling in garlic, chilli and coriander butter. Each plate is designed to satisfy in true Lone Star style, with rich flavours, generous portions and plenty of warmth.

Just when it seems the appetite has peaked, the New Porker arrives with crispy crackling and apple-infused jus, or the Midnight Nachos®, piled high with beans, cheese and all the spicy trimmings. Whatever's chosen, every dish comes with a side of laid-back hospitality that's made Lone Star® such a Kiwi staple.

Beyond the plate, no Lone Star® experience is complete without a drink from the bar, whether a refreshing mocktail or a sweet treat to finish with.

One thing's for sure: at Lone Star Manukau, the limelight's always yours, and every visit ends with rib-tickling memories!
