In Penrose, Auckland, Award winning Manaia Seafood Eatery brings the spirit of its cult-favourite boil to a fresh stage. Born from the much-loved Manaia Seafood Boil, its name was gifted by customers when service still ran from an old kitchen, a nod to Samoan roots and the community that gathered around them. The new eatery carries that story forward, with an even bigger appetite for good times.

The kitchen deals in abundance. Generous seafood platters and festive boil bags are the signature, a hands-on spread of half-cut crab, mussels and prawns tumbled with corn, potatoes and egg, built to share and made to linger over. Permanent favourites like mud crabs anchor the feast, while crawfish and extra prawns let tables dial up the decadence as they go.

It is a lively, celebratory scene: sleeves rolled, conversations animated, and that unmistakable hum of a dining room coming together. Manaia Seafood Eatery keeps things approachable with family favourites from fish n' chips to chicken nuggets and fries, plus sidekicks like hot wings and salt n' pepper squid.

Drop into Penrose for a generous pour of Manaia hospitality. Gather your crew, bring an appetite, and get cracking.
