Spicy Hub Bar and Eatery brings the colour and confidence of Indian cooking to Parnell, pairing bold flavours with warm, attentive hospitality. The mood is inviting and unpretentious - a cosy setting where the kitchen’s heritage meets a modern flourish, and a well-curated selection of refreshments waits in the wings to complement every plate.

The journey begins with familiar favourites delivered with care: crisp samosa and light spring rolls, succulent chicken tikka fresh from the grill, and prawns koliwada with a satisfying crunch. From there, the menu broadens into regional stories and comforting classics, balancing spice and nuance rather than heat for heat’s sake.

Vegetarian plates sing, from paneer butter masala in a silky tomato gravy to hearty chole, while carnivorous diners will gravitate toward Chettinad chicken curry and lamb Rogan Josh, rich with aromatic ginger and garlic.

Rice is no afterthought: jeera rice is fragrant and fluffy, and the Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani and Hyderabadi mutton biryani arrive layered and lavish. An Indo-Chinese nod adds a contemporary twist with vegetarian noodles and punchy chicken Schezwan fried rice.

With its blend of tradition and modernity, Spicy Hub Bar and Eatery is as welcoming for a leisurely supper as it is for a spirited catch-up. Book a table, bring an appetite, and let the spice set the pace!
