dinner

Rhu offers a refined and minimalist setting where a talented team of chefs and bakers, all with fine dining backgrounds, create dishes that are both technically complex and irresistibly delicious.

The ambience mirrors this philosophy – simple yet elegant – allowing the focus to remain squarely on the sophisticated culinary techniques that transform every meal into a memorable experience. Rhu takes immense pride in bringing people together through the art of food.

Their approach breaks away from the rigid confines of traditional fine dining, making exceptional cuisine more accessible and inviting. The menu showcases creativity and skill, with each dish beautifully plated with vibrant colours and diverse textures, designed to surprise and delight at every turn.

One might begin their journey with a refreshing raw oyster mignonette and a delicate mushroom tea. Next, guests can savour the perfect balance of flavours in the tuna and coriander dish, before moving on to freshly baked sourdough served with creamy cultured butter. Indulge in their signature fried chicken with a touch of wasabi, followed by an unforgettable aged duck dish that is truly a standout. The evening can conclude with the indulgent marigold ice cream, a sweet and refreshing finale.

Rhu is not just about food—it's about creating an atmosphere where every detail, from the crisp décor to the intimate seating arrangement, enhances the dining experience. Whether enjoying a quiet meal or sharing fine cuisine with friends, Rhu offers a tranquil oasis away from the city's bustle, an invitation to slow down, indulge, and savour the moment.
