Get ready to go barking mad for juicy pizzas! West Aucklanders will be glad to know that their favourite pizza joint is now open on the lively Karangahape Road strip.

They’ve got your bases covered with a bunch of delicious pizza options, and not only do they cater to the classic carnivore crew and are also well-endowed with vegetarian alternatives.

Pizzas are made on-site every day from recipes handed down, generation to generation. The Margherita skips along on a base of tomato sauce and mozzarella, with fresh basil pesto and roast cherry tomatoes, whilst the notorious meat lovers is loaded with thick chunks of ham, crisp pepperoni and a posse of tasty sausages – and the pile of cheese on top is suitably excessive.

The bites section is sure to tickle the tastebuds with fish, calamari rings, prawns, squid tentacles, wings, jalapeno bites, thigh bites, and onion rings to cover all bases, these guys have you covered all year round.

At Dogbox Bar and Pizza expect the perfect combo of intimate local and globally encompassing tastes. So saddle up, round up your friends and don’t be afraid to lazily linger as they are open until ridiculous o'clock every day. Get in the car and hound them down at Karangahape Road. You’ll both love it!
