Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina delivers a vibrant Cali-Mexican experience that hums from afternoon through late night. Inspired by traveller Rosie, who landed in California and never left, this lively spot celebrates the spirit of LA’s coast and street scene. More than a taqueria, it’s a true occasion. Nestled in the iconic Viaduct, its bold, colourful exterior bursts with energy and fun at every glance.

Beloved classics take on a distinctive Rosie’s twist, delivering a flavour journey like no other. The birria beef brisket reveals a rich, smoky melody that lingers on the palate, while spicy pulled adobo chicken blends seamlessly with creamy Colby Jack cheese. Baja-battered fish, crisp and golden, shines alongside a zesty chipotle herb crema. For plant-based cravings, harissa-roasted cauliflower arrives draped in smoky romesco and tangy coconut-pickled cauliflower, bursting with vibrant, layered flavours. Those seeking a twist on comfort find the iconic street food burger, offering all-American flair—whether loaded with toppings or simply dressed with a slice of cheese.

From tempting starters and dance-worthy tacos to hearty mains and heavenly desserts, Rosie’s ensures the fun doesn’t stop with dinner. Monster nachos piled high with favourite toppings, comforting mac ’n’ cheese reminiscent of New York streets, and decadent chocolate lava cake invite indulgence at every turn.

Renowned for frozen margaritas in multiple flavours and local draughts on tap, there’s every excuse to order a drink or two. So, wind down, relax and enjoy a true slice of California’s vibrant coast at Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina.
