Nestled amidst the bustling heart of Auckland City Centre, Dos Donkey is a culinary gem that transports guests to the vibrant streets of Mexico. It is a sanctuary where delectable flavours intertwine with cherished moments shared amongst companions.

Hailing from the vibrant metropolis of New York City, Dos Donkey has now firmly established itself within Auckland's culinary tapestry. It offers an authentic Mexican experience, seamlessly interwoven with the warm hospitality that New Zealand is renowned for.

Their menu is a symphony of Mexican-inspired delights, meticulously crafted with the finest ingredients. The "for the table" offerings include tortilla chips accompanied by delectable guacamole or a trio of tantalising salsas, jalapeño poppers, and queso fundido – a house speciality. The menu's flexibility allows diners to tailor their experience, with the option to enhance their dishes with additional guacamole or beef "con carne".

However, the pièce de résistance at Dos Donkey lies in their taco menu. This taco haven caters to every palate, offering a tantalising array of options: tacos filled with succulent crumbed market fish adorned with crispy capers, chipotle jackfruit, spicy pork in their al pastor taco, slow-cooked beef brisket, Mexican fried chicken, and a hearty braised lamb taco. Each taco bursts with vibrant flavours, delighting both traditional taco enthusiasts and adventurous foodies alike.
