The very first Mövenpick Hotel to land in New Zealand, Auckland joins over 100 cities worldwide with one of these glamorous destinations to their name. Inside is BODA, a stunning restaurant that gives 'panoramic views' a whole new meaning.

Sitting pretty in Auckland's CBD, it joins the city's most celebrated restaurants and shouts its globally renowned brand from the hilltops. Providing sustenance to its treasured customers and anyone who happens to drop by, BODA is dressed to impress with a spacious, modern restaurant that is perfectly symmetrical from every angle. But that's not the most jaw dropping feature. Boasting uninterrupted views of the ocean, BODA makes the most of its iconic location with an entire glass wall that dramatically embraces the world outside and all its elements. It's so close you could almost touch it.

As the evening drifts in and the moonlight dances on the water, settle in for modern Korean eats that have just the same wow factor as BODA's surrounds. If you're feeling particularly inspired by the big blue, opt for the tuna crudo with ganjang and rhubarb or a soft shell crab slider with gochujang aoili.

For something meatier, look to the slow cooked lamb shoulder or the pan fried Salmon with Gochujang-Orange beurre blanc, green
peas, crispy rice and potato fondant. Complement your main course with some kimchi mac and cheese or crispy potatoes and let your eyes drift over the twinkling North Shore whilst you ponder ordering a dessert. With an array of signature Mövenpick sundaes on the menu, the hardest decision you'll have to make is choosing which one.

There’s something for everyone at this Auckland marvel.
