For the real Vietnamese dining experience, don’t let bygones be bygones. Go Saigon!

Taking on the chilled vibes of a café, Saigon is perfect for a relaxed dinner. It’s neutral décor, exposed brickwork and grey tones make for a relaxing space. Think an edgy, minimalist café for millennials and you’re in the right ball park.

Their menu is refreshingly concise, with carefully chosen dishes that range from sharing plates to salads and noodles. Celebrate the seasons with their springrolls and summerolls that come with your choice of filling. If you fancy something truly heart-warming, move on to their grilled lamb racks or go for a noodle soup which you can personalise with whichever meat you fancy. The sharing plates cater to all tastes. The wakanui beef rolls are great for meat lovers whilst the fresh grilled salmon fillet is perfect for a light supper.

And whilst you’re there, you might as well sample one of their expertly made cocktails. It’d be rude not to!

Great meal and excellent service. I had a tasty salmon dish and my partner had pork belly. Wasn’t a huge choice for vegan I noticed. Service was above and beyond and beer was great too
