Paulina's Tapas & Pizza Bar

In the historic township of Clyde, Paulina's Tapas and Pizza Bar blends a storied past with easy-going charm. Founded in 2016 by Chilean-born chef Paulina Corvalan and now owner-operated by Shane and Christine Hilton, it is the kind of neighbourhood haunt where cocktails, craft beers and local wine meet lively conversation.

For something heartier, there is a beef burger stacked with bacon, cheese, pickle, coleslaw, BBQ sauce and aioli, alongside an eye fillet steak with potatoes au gratin, seasonal salad and a choice of peppercorn, mushroom or Diane.
