Always love visiting the pedal pusher especially on a sunny day and getting all the afternoon sun as you enjoy dinner. First table also happened during happy hour which was such an added bonus as even more savings! We enjoyed starters to share and a delicious steak each as a main. Unfortunately no gf desserts but we were very full by this point so definitely not needed. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a more low key setting but food that is full of flavour with great service.

Amazing service!! Our waiter took our long order without writing it down, knew all about the menu, happily moved us away from a large noisy group, had a fantastic sense of humour and happily took a number of pics for us whilst carefully arranging the plates of food so they looked good in the pic!
The food was equally impressive. We loved the risotto balls.
Definitely recommend pedal pusher!

Great meal at Pedal Pusher. It was very busy but we still had fast service. Fish was beautiful, nicest ever had. Salad was so nice I could have had more! Not usual coleslaw! Fresh and tasty.
Recommend this restaurant!

The staff were friendly and attentive. They knew the menu well and were knowledgeable about the drinks. Nothing was a bother. What amazed us was that we didn't have to leave quickly, the restaurant had many patrons coming and going but we were able to stay several hours and have a leisurely meal.
The pork ribs were delicious and fell off the bone, the battered mussels were light and tasty and we enjoyed the seafood chowder. The butter chicken was ok but both the banofee pie and the chocolate Belgian molten dessert were divine. A great menu, would highly recommend.

When we arrived, a table was reserved for us, however we were still offered a choice of tables, which was nice. There was a good range of food and beverages (the online and in house menus differ slightly, so it may pay to ask your waitperson if there are other options, especially the beverages). We shared entrees of lamb & oregano meatballs and popcorn chicken, followed by mains of seafood chowder and pork belly accompanied by fondant potatoes and garden salad, all of which was excellent (a little more chunky seafood in the chowder would have made it perfect, but it tasted great). Regrettably we were too full for dessert, as we would have liked to try the cereal milk panna cotta and the poppyseed cake (there's always next time). The Mud House riesling and the Dog & Father APA were both most palatable.
Manny was a brilliant waiter, who remembered our orders and our names without needing a pad, and made the evening flow at just the right pace.
The music was varied and most enjoyable, set at a comfortable sound level.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here with super-friendly service.

It was basic food done presented nicely. We both had the fish and chips. Salad was great and more than just greens thrown on a plate. The only thing that let the meal down was the fish was not lovely and white. Otherwise good value.

We had a most enjoyable night. The meal was great and I'd happily suggest others eat there too. Plus the service was faultless

Mandeep is the definition of a great restaurant manager. He only has client satisfaction in mind and he does it all with a smile.

Good food and service. It was nice and busy as well which added to the atmosphere. The only things that brought it down from 5 stars was the wings we ordered we very hot/spicy (but thats possibly our taste buds) and the busyness meant that our table couldn't be brought inside in time so we had to use a higher table/bar leaner.
But over all a good experience, we would go back again. :)

Great service but load atmosphere. the food was tasty (desert was yummy) but the steak was chewy :-(

- dined at The Pedal Pusher on

The table was set up for us and we were warmly greeted and attended to in a timely way. The food was enjoyed by all. The gluten free burger bun was very good quality, the Caesar salads were tasty with perfect eggs and both the steak and lamb shoulder were tender with tasty sides.
The panacotta with mango was a light and delicious end to the meal.

Having been here a few times before we were expecting the same standard all round. Obviously a new server who seemed still uncertain about the menu etc but tried hard. Immediately we started to see the dishes come out we knew there was a change of chef. Disappointing.

It is a nice lunchtime for me and my friend. Food is not very impressive, but the ingredients are fresh and the price is sufficient. Also, the decoration of the restaurant is very distinctive that is including many elements of bicycles. It is worth mentioning that the waitress is a nice lady. We want to try their dinner next time.

Food was nice bit pricey tho. drinks are not cheap. wouldn't eat there unless we go thru first table again nice place and good staff

- dined at The Pedal Pusher on

The waitstaff were very pleasant and the food came out at appropriate times. Unfortunately the batter on the fish wasn't cooked through, and the fondant potatoes were flavourless, we added some garlic butter to give them a little more taste. Good average fare, but nothing you couldn't do at home. The hero of the entire meal was the sauce with the rice balls, without it they would have been disappointing.
