When we arrived, a table was reserved for us, however we were still offered a choice of tables, which was nice. There was a good range of food and beverages (the online and in house menus differ slightly, so it may pay to ask your waitperson if there are other options, especially the beverages). We shared entrees of lamb & oregano meatballs and popcorn chicken, followed by mains of seafood chowder and pork belly accompanied by fondant potatoes and garden salad, all of which was excellent (a little more chunky seafood in the chowder would have made it perfect, but it tasted great). Regrettably we were too full for dessert, as we would have liked to try the cereal milk panna cotta and the poppyseed cake (there's always next time). The Mud House riesling and the Dog & Father APA were both most palatable.
Manny was a brilliant waiter, who remembered our orders and our names without needing a pad, and made the evening flow at just the right pace.
The music was varied and most enjoyable, set at a comfortable sound level.

The food was outstanding and the atmosphere great, plenty of buzz going on but it was still easy to hear each other in general conversation. Slightly longer wait for the food than ideal, but aside from that would recommend!

Nice environment, the server was abit confused about what the fish of the day was which to be honest should he hard to remember.
Whikst we were there another server spilt have a glass of Beer over another patrons table landing on a gentleman, his phone and clothes. The server walked away laughing while the patrons cleaned it up. Our meal was very good and no complaints about that. While we were eating a different server took another tables food to them but as she placed the plate down she smashed it onto a wine glass which proceeded to shatter. There seemed to be no care.
There was another server who was mostly delivering food wearing a big puffer jacket. It was very warm in the restaurant and it looked very unprofessional.
We asked to see the desert menu and waited 20 minutes for someone to come take the order which never happened. All in all the service was disgusting, but thankfully the food was tasty. Would have liked dessert.
Wouldn't go back to this branch.

Had the tempera battered fish and chips with as small salad.
Fish was good, chips were dry not crisp. Basic meal for after work. Very dark room not a place to take parents or children.

The cheesecake was the best part of my night!! A lemon cold set with meringue pieces, absolute heaven! Highly recommend and I would come back just for that again and again. Popcorn chicken was yummy. Squid not so crispy and we couldn’t finish it. Steak was cooked perfect and came with a lovely sauce, potatoes a bit under done. Had a really lovely waiter too, he was very funny.

It was a freezing cold day when a friend and I went to the pedal pusher for lunch but once we settled ourselves under the heater and ordered for my friend eggs Benedict and me a rich hearty beef cheek pie with a large piece of marrow bone baked into the middle set on a cushion of creamy Kumar and surrounded with peas all was wonderful with the world, I was the most delicious thing I have eaten for a long time my friend enjoyed her meal as well.
This little bistro serves amazing food and
excellent service I will be back soon.

We had a lovely meal at the Pedal Pusher on Friday evening. I tried 3 of the small plates which were a really good size and very tasty. Hubby had the steak which he said was cooked just as requested. Some of the tables near the bar area are very noisy and when we asked to be moved because of a hearing problem we were accomodated at another table immediately. Will certainly go back to this restaurant.

We were a little early but the bartender/waiter was very welcoming and directed us to our named table. He was a very pleasant personality and when our friends arrived took our order immediately with great humor. The meal was really good for all 4 of us. My husband also mentioned how nice the waitress was when he paid the bill. A good experience all round.

Great service from the get go, as there was a table reserved with my name on it. Then we were asked if we wanted any drinks. Once the drinks came back, the specials were explained to us. After a few minutes the food order was taken - I had the ribeye, my lady had the fish of the day. The food arrived a short time later and we were asked if we needed more drinks, good stuff
