We understand that you can't always make your First Table booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to encourage you to make your cancellation sooner rather than later. This gives the restaurant enough time to get a replacement First Table booking.
Made a mistake? No problem, cancel your reservation within 60 minutes and you'll get a 100% credit on your login so you can rebook.
Cancel any day before the date of your reservation and you'll get a 50% credit on your login. If we're able to find someone else to book your spot, we'll automatically credit you the rest, too!
No credit is offered for cancellations made on the day of the reservation. But, if we're able to find someone else to book your spot, we'll automatically credit you 100%.
Visit your reservations admin to cancel your reservation.
