Minimal wooden interiors and industrial fittings embody the simple yet stylish look we have come to associate with Japan, making it an intimate spot for a catch up with friends.
All of the gyozas are made to a recipe from Kotetsu, the Gyoza bar in Fukuoka Japan that has been run by their head company for 18 years. Expect golden parcels bulging with mouth-watering fillings such as pork, prawn and wagyu beef.
Also on offer is a flavour-filled selection of Asian tapas and chef’s specials inspired by traditional izakaya restaurants. Think kaarage chicken, vegetable tempura and beef tataki. With so much on offer, there really is something to suit every palate.
The drinks list is equally diverse, including everything from Japanese whiskies to beers on tap, plum wine and sake. An expert team of bar managers are on hand to suggest special, unlisted wines to accompany your meal.
