Atrium Restaurant

One of Rotorua’s finest restaurants, the Atrium Restaurant is situated at the heart of the Rydges hotel in a light and airy venue where you can dine under the stars. The four-storey central court area has natural lighting, palm trees and a cascading waterfall.

The menu offers tasty starters from soup of the day, to grilled mussels and teriyaki chicken salad. For you main, savour dishes like aubergine roulade, pappardelle pasta with prawns and fish of the day. Meat lovers will relish the selection of grilled meats available – there’s 150g Angus eye fillet, yellow fin tuna and prime rib steak, each served with your choice of sauce.

There’s such a good selection on the children’s menu, little people are sure to scrape their plates clean! From good-old-fashioned fish and chips to a classic ice cream sundae, there’ll be smiles all around the family dining table.
